*Booking a room
1.You can make a reservation by cellphone 0915-615983 (For Chinese speaking). from 8:30a.m. to 9:00p.m./0930-615983( For English after PM7:00);please tell us your name, contact information, the arrival date, the number of guests and the type of room you want.
2.Please pay 30% of the room’s rate by remittance as a deposit within 2 days of making the reservation. Without deposit confirmed we might not keep your reservation.
3.After you have paid the deposit,please fax(886-03-9653121) us a copy of the remittance receipt and indicate your name, telephone number,the arrival date, and room type on the fax.
4.If you want to cancel or change the date of your reservation,please contact us no later than one week before the arrival date. The refund is 100% or may keep your reservation right for 3 month.
5.About the price:
Holiday: Fri. Sat. and Taiwan’s public holidays.
Standard Rates: During Chinese New Year/ Summer vacation.
*(Room rate please check our B&B service. We offer special rate for sometimes in a year. )
6.If facing factors like typhoons or earthquakes on the date of check in, refund is 100% or keep it for 3 month.
